Global Skills Development Campus (GSDC) is proud to collaborate with the Distance Learning Centre Limited (DLC), a fully State-Owned Institution operating under the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government of Sri Lanka.

Established in 2002 through a World Bank-supported initiative, DLC has over two decades of experience in delivering high-quality education, professional training, capacity-building programs, workshops, and micro-credentials for both public and private sector professionals.

As Sri Lanka’s gateway to the World Bank’s Global Development Learning Network (GDLN), DLC has played a significant role in knowledge sharing, organizational development, policy support, and workforce capacity enhancement across the country.

Through this partnership, GSDC students benefit from access to recognized academic pathways, quality learning resources, innovative educational approaches, and industry-relevant programs designed to prepare graduates for successful careers in Sri Lanka and internationally.
