Higher Diploma Programs Admission Requirements

OPTION 01- GCE Advanced Level

Applicants who have obtained:

Sri Lankan: 03 Passes at GCE Advanced Level (Any Stream)

London, Cambridge or Edexcel: 3 D passes

Minimum totaling to 12 Points at GCE Advanced Level in any combination from the following Credit Conversion Table:

D/S E	4 Points 2 Points

OPTION 02- Foundation Program

Applicants who have successfully completed:

GSDC Degree Foundation Program
Foundation Program in Recognized Higher Education Institute

OPTION 03- Professional or Proficiency Qualification

Applicants who have obtained:

Professional or Proficiency Qualification / Work Experience from Recognized Higher Education or Professional Bodies equal to SLQF 2 / NVQ 4 and,

GCE/GCSE Ordinary Level (Sri Lankan/Edexcel/Cambridge)with a Credit pass (Grade 4) for English and Mathematics

OPTION 04- Professional or Proficiency Qualification

An equivalent qualification, subject to approval from Global Skills Development Campus

● SLQF 2 /NVQ Level 4 and above

Cambridge Qualifications

● Cambridge International AS / A Level
● Cambridge O Level

● Pearson Edexcel International AS / A Level

Other Equivalent Qualifications

Other equivalent qualifications recognized by GSDC & DLC will be considered.
