Initiated in April 2019 with the inception of Japan’s Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Program, our journey began with a vision to invite proficient specialists from across the globe to contribute to specific industrial sectors in Japan. Under the guidance of Professor Ashu Marasinghe, the founder, our organization established a platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences, aimed at empowering Sri Lankan youth to join the global talent pool within a distinctive and innovative culture.

Specified Skilled Worker (SSW)
The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program for the Accommodation Industry is designed to attract foreign workers with specific skills to fill labor shortages in Japan’s hospitality sector. This program aims to support Japan’s hospitality sector by filling critical labor shortages with skilled foreign professionals, helping to maintain high standards of service and ensuring the smooth operation of accommodation facilities.
The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program for Airport Ground Handling is designed to attract foreign workers who specialize in airport ground handling operations. The SSW program aims to support Japan’s airport operations by filling critical labor gaps with skilled foreign professionals, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of ground operations at airports.
The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) program in construction is designed to address labor shortages in Japan’s construction industry by attracting skilled foreign workers. This program aims to bolster Japan’s construction sector by filling critical labor gaps with skilled foreign professionals, ensuring the timely completion of construction projects and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
The Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa for agriculture is a program designed by the Japanese government to attract foreign workers with specific skills to address labor shortages in the agriculture sector. Job roles under the SSW visa for agriculture may include planting, harvesting, tending to crops, managing livestock, and operating agricultural machinery.
