The proposed Foundation programme provides a structured pathway leading to the Diploma and Higher Diploma in Computing and Emerging Digital Technologies, culminating in a top-up degree within IT or computing-related disciplines. These progression opportunities are affiliated with the University of Greater Manchester and the University of the West of England, ensuring recognized academic progression and international alignment.

Foundation in Computing and Emerging Digital Technologies– Designed by GSDC
The following section presents the Higher Diploma programmes developed by DLC. In line with our strategic academic development objectives, we propose two potential pathways: either to continue with the existing Higher Diploma programmes or to introduce a newly designed programme titled Higher Diploma in Computing and Emerging Digital Technologies, to be offered under the School of Computing and Emerging Digital Technologies. The proposed programme shall align with the requirements of the DLC programme curriculum, as detailed in the subsequent section, ensuring consistency with established academic standards and frameworks.
