The following section presents the Higher Diploma programmes developed by DLC. In line with our strategic academic development objectives, we propose two potential pathways: either to continue with the existing Higher Diploma programmes or to introduce a newly designed programme titled Higher Diploma in Business and Human Capital Management, to be offered under the School of Business and Human Capital Management. The proposed programme shall align with the requirements of the DLC programme curriculum, as detailed in the subsequent section, ensuring consistency with established academic standards and frameworks.
